This seaweed is so so so so so so nice! Haha. The crispiness of the seaweed is there (like how you would expect all the xiao long ban's seaweeds will be like). And what made the seaweed really delicious is that there is a tinge of sweetness beneath the saltiness. Haha. Taste it for yourself to understand it.
My mama bought it at 90 cents per piece last time. But we realized that Uncle tidbits is selling it at $4.20 for 12 pieces. WOAH!
